Visiting Ainan Town is a must for anglers. Hiroto Yamakage, the fourth generation head of Hinode Tosen, is also captivated by the seas off Ainan. “Reading the tide is important, and so is the angle you lower the bait. There’s an awful lot to fishing, you know,” says Yamakage-san. He often alights on the rocks with his passengers to enjoy the fishing with them.
