This bistro was opened 10 years ago by Taniguchi-san, returning from life in Tokyo. “The main thing for me is to cook seriously,” says Taniguchi-san, and it’s true – everything from dressings to sauces to desserts is strictly made on the premises. The wine list, centering on French wines, is another real highlight.
